Sir/Madam,
It has been a year that I requested to change my phone number for SMS alerts, which were changed in the system, however the messages are not being delivered to that number and to another number, which was made the default account number without any notice about it. Whenever I contact the local branch or the customer care, both send me to the other party to get my matter resolved and neither has done anything to correct this system error.

Complainant's Goal: I want the number updated so that I can receive msgs for my transactions

Hi Sir/Madam,
Its been a long time that I requested for SMS Alert, However I am not getting any single message and also I went to the branch of PNB and filled that written form which is require for phone number updation.
As my phone number is update in the system but message are not being delivered.
Kindly fix the trouble.
