On 07-10-2011, bank dishounored cheque no. 498226 favouring m/s jubilant life science ltd. of amount rs 300000 from my account no. 001********00356 , mentioning reasons exceed arrangement but thier was suffcient funds to clear cheque that has sufferd seriously my bussiness relation with benificarry . Please look in matter & send some person to clearify otherwise i will be forced to move consumer court
