I Mr. Mithun Devkar, using Apple i phone 6 (IMEI NO>359309063278354) ,facing some problems in my i phone since 26th June, 2016. Phone was not charging properly and voice was not coming while incoming call.when i went to NYASA service centre (Sion East,Mumbai)on 27th June ,after diagnosis they inform me that some dust is jammed near charging point, which is cleaned by them by pointed pin and ask to surrender my phone for resolving my another query. when I collected my phone on 28th june. when I reached at home I noticed that phone was not charging properly and voice was also not coming, so again I went to Nyasa Service Centre on 29th june and that time they told me that one pin from charging adaptor is missing that's why phone is not charging. I ask them simple question that why they din't tell me this reason on 27th June though I was facing same problem. Now Nyasa people are not accepting their fault and denying for replacement of phone,though my phone is still in warranty period. when I talked to Apples customer care they are also taking side of their people.
My simple question is why Nyasa people are giving 2 different answers for same question on 2 different days.why they didn't tell me actual problem on 27th June,it means they are indirectly accepting their fault.i don't understand if Apple cant replace charging panel of rupees 2000/- (Approximately) then why they are telling that replace the phone instead of replacing panel.
I bought this phone for very high price and now i am very disappointed with the Apple service.
request anyone to let me know what to do and how do i proceed as i need the replacement or refund of the phone.
