Hi I bought Apple I Phone 6s 64 Gb on 1st January 2016 last evening i.e 04/mar/2016 the phone got switched off and i kept it on charging thinking that battery has drained but the phone didn't respond even after 40 mins I called up Apple customer care about the issue registered a complaint no (1061287563) they tried running the diagnosis but it didn't work so they suggested to visit Apple service centre I checked the service centre timing which clearly mentions Working days 9 Am to 5 Pm Monday to Saturday I called the number updated on site but was not able to get through after calling N number of times then got the right number from my colleague later when I called them they said they are only open till 2 pm I informed that your site mentions something else ,They said tomorrow being Sunday they will not be open and Monday is festive holiday and they will be only able to check it only on Tuesday and it will take next 4 days to rectify the issue. Guys is it possible to survive a week without cell phone .After spending 60 Thousand Rupees (895.66 Usd) this is not the kind of service you expect.
Information provided on the website is not correct. I also have a screenshot of the website where operational work hours are mentioned.
Apple as a brand needs to understand the seriousness of issue I do not have patience to wait back and I seriously want them to replace my device immediately.
Really upset with the pathetic service.
