Hi!
This is Harpal Singh from Bangalore. I have purchased the Reliance NetConnect Broadband+ Internet device from Vriti Infocomm after applying online. I paid Rs.3500/- by cash on 23-May-2009. After that connection is not activated upon several written requests. When I asked for refund, they mentioned that the request is forwarded to concerned department but no contact details are furnished despite 100 of e-mails from me. Every day when I contact Customer care, they reply that they will come back with the information. When I contact Reliance Customer Care, they say they have no clue of this & I need to contact the agency from where I have purchased. I am tired of making calls to Vriti Infocomm because everyday a commitment is given to me but nobody reverts. Pls. help.
