Reliance Communications Limited - Reliance Mobile GSM Data Recharge Fraud

Dear Sir,

I am using reliance mobile number ********70 and received regular promotional SMS of company about 3G recharges of Rs-246 for 2GB data. I recharged my mobile number ********70 with Rs 246 for 2Gb data. I have received 1GB data same time and company told me balance 1GB data i will receive in another 48hrs but by another 48 Hrs i didnt received balance 1GB data and launched a caomplaint with reliance call center with SR no 210473821. Complaint suggest it solved in 6 hrs but it take 2 days to resolve and they resolved it dat they already transfer of 1GB data. after my discussion they again taken complaint SR no 210641788 with resolution time of next 3 Days.

Reliance 3G Data recharges plan are fraud. i have just receive 1 GB Data in recharges of Rs 246 instead of 2GB.

Kindly look into it and solve this matter
