Dear sir, I dont have any issues with rail facilities....but yes, against the tatkal ticket booking at the window.
My parents came to visit me, and i had to book ticket for them of tatkal, I went to ticket counter at 6AM to stand in the que.. Was sure that I will get the confirmed tatkal ticket from bangalore to New Delhi. But could not get it., Coz of the ticket booking agents standing upfront with multiple ticket form, and they took long time and most of the tickets... How is it possible when its a rule that 1 person with 1 ticket form.
You also know why it happens coz of the commission they pay to the person who is booking the ticket.. and other in que will not get tickets.
This is well known in india, but nothing is being done, and if you say there is no proof, just let public know that...and you can get enough proof, coz any1 can video them on their mobile while booking tickets, even i though to do so. but i am sure it would be of no use.
If you cant do about this, then just publish that for general public, that they need not come to ticket counter at 5 in the morning...they can only get it though AGENTS...no other means to get a confirm ticket.

PETHETIC.....I KNOW ITS OF NO USE..BUT STILL I WOTE MY COMPLAINT.

Complainant's Goal: Do someting about AGENTS...AND TICKET BOOKER who takes commission from agents.
