I am Education instructor in Army posted at yoal cantonment, near Dharmshala Distt Kangra (Himachal Pradesh. whenever I go to out of my service place I get reservation from Dharamshala railway reservation counter situated Kotwali bazar where railway reservation clerk sits who always any time show misbehave to Specialy Army Personnel and some time use abusing language. I am also victim many time of his misbehaving and abusing language due to this I feel bad and badly hurted and beaing Army personnel I can\'t do anything except complain to you. It is my harmful request please warn him or change him from Dharmshala reservation counter. Sir It\'s not only my problem It\'s all Army personnel and also civilian problem which is to be solved by you. Tanks you sir
