Northern Railway - Misbehaviour By TTE and Campartment Officer.

My Pnr no. is ********6.. i had taken a tatkal service of Indian Railways.. i Was Travelling to delhi for a business trip in a 3Ac. The Train No. is 2801 n name is Purosttam Express. The AC, Fan and the were no basic Facilities like Mobile Charger point etc.. The TTE and Campartment care Taker misbehaved and didn\'t provided the I-CARD and Complaint Book. My Ticket Were In B2 Compartment.. I request Indian Railways to Refund all the Travel Fare and compensate for the inconvience caused to me..
