I recently purchased a GEMS SURPRISE for my nephew. There's no issue for the gems part but for the toy thing, I am seriously disappointed. It had a PANDA TOy in it which they said that it will change colour when kept in water. I did the same but it never changed. Its sheer disappointment.

Complainant's Goal: I want reimbursement for the dissatisfaction i have faced.
