SIR/MA'AM,
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCTS. RECENTLY, I BOUGHT 2 CADBURY CHOCOLATES FROM A NEARBY SHOP (PERFECTION STORE) AND FOUND OUT AFTER OPENING IT THAT IT WAS ALL SPOILT. IT WAS CRUMBLY AND ITS TASTE WAS ALSO NOT GOOD. I USUALLY BUY MOST OF THE THINGS FROM THIS SHOP AND SUCH A THING HAS NEVER HAPPENED IN ALL THESE YEARS.MOREOVER, I OPENED 1 CHOCOLATE AND RETURNED THIS AND THE OTHER CHOCOLATE TO THE SHOPKEEPER. MOREOVER,HE KEEPS ALL THE CHOCOLATES IN A FRIDGE. I HOPE THAT SOME ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS AND I WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IN THE FUTURE.
