BIG TV - poor service of big tv

Dear Reliance Big Tv
My registered mobile num is ********24. Today I recharged my account for Rs200 and requested my package to be brought down from Gold Pack from Bronze Pack and I requested to keep my Bangla Pack as it is. Then the customer care executive said that since you want to keep the bangla pack, you would get another pack free from Big TV i.e., any regional pack and gave me options. I was least interested to take any pack and she forced that to take the Kannada pack as it was free. I didnt bother as it was free. I also asked how much would be the monthly commitment and that lady said that its Rs149 altogether with all packs inclusive of taxes. I had some doubt so when i came from work I just contacted the reliance customer care to check as to what would be my monthly commitment with Bronze Pack, Kannada Pack and Bangla Pack and the executive said that it was Rs 182 per month. I was shocked. I was told a lie and a pack was sold to me without my knowledge. I was happy to bear the commitment of Rs149 but I dont watch Kannada Pack and I have to bear Rs 182 which I never requested. She sold me the pack to get incentives which is an extremely illegal act without informing the customer and telling customer lie. I never expected Reliance customer care executives to do like this with me and bill me unnecessarily on my monthly commitments for something that I dont watch. She said that it was free so I opted it and asked to keep my Bangla pack as well. She should have told that with Bronze pack the Bangla pack goes free and thats it. I didnt ask for any other channels. How come with bronze pack 2 regional packs comes free. How is your executives trained? I want the kannada pack to be taken off from my account and also the inconvenience to be credited to my account. If its not done I would be forced to write to the nodal officers.
