BIG TV - poor service by big tv

Dear Reliance Big Tv
My SMC is 200********2. I am extremely fed up with the services provided by your customer care executives and its a shame for me for being with you. I had always considered to be a proud customer for being with reliance but i repent for shifting from Tata Sky to Reliance Big tv. Today morning I had some query on package information so I decided to contact the customer care executives. I tried calling and each time after the call gets connected to the executives the call was disconnected by the executives. I tried about 5 times and waited on the queue for 5 mins and then when the call got transferred to the executives, the call was purposely disconnected. Is this what you call value for customer's time? Am extremely dissapointed by your call centre behavior. You should have executives who should be able to handle the call volume rather than disconnecting the call. Your call centre has no option for a callback system. Its just a waste of time and money being with you. I would definitely move to a subscriber who gives value for customer's time and money. Reliance Big Tv is just not worth its name. You have no responsible people who would check that calls should not be dropped and executives should be warned for dropping the calls. We keep calling waiting in the queue and executives disconnect calls to relieve their pressure. If they cant handle high call volume then why do they join a call centre. I had previously reported this issue but I see still poor performance. I dont know who is reading this mail but please remember that your salaries come from our subscribing to Big TV. If we are not there, your job will also be at stake. Kindly do report this problem and take it on seriously. If you cant handle this issue, please report this to a senior manager. Hoping to see some change in BIg TV but otherwise its a horrible DTH company to stay with.
