i purchased a cashcard for rs.300 on dt. 21/04/10. black strip scrached.strip was very dryand pin no.schrached with strip .cashcard dammaged.i want cash card amount credit in our account.cashcard serial no.is ********99. our smart card no.is 200519579398.
