Hello Team,

I've a Nokia Lumia 525 phone witn following details

IMEI No. - 35********71488

I've given it to Authorised service center Akshay care at FC Road Pune with below details on Wednesday 20th August

Job sheet No - 140820/013

After 1 week and paying almost Rs.1500(For which I've not given any receipt) I received the phone today (26th August) to find out the problen is as is. They have not done anything to the phone.

I have completely lost trust in Nokia Brand and looking for going against Nokia in Consumercourt.

Complainant's Goal: Either refund for the money I've wasted on repairing this phone or proper repair
