I ordered meizu m2 mobile from ebay when I open the box and operate the phone it's back camera is not working next day back camera work but camera quality is worst . Meizu M2 claim it's back camera is 13 MP but its camera picture are faded then I call ebay customer care and expain problem of product . He asked please contact seller then, I call seller he asked your product is under warranty so please contact meizu. I contacted meizu customer care and I explained my problem to meizu. Meizu said ebay is not our authorised dealer . Our authorised dealer are Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal. So your service is chargeable and Meizu is not responsible for that you bought our product from ebay. Ebay and Meizu is not giving positive response. Now I want return product to ebay and refund my money. Ebay invoice no.-1284, Record no.-18873
