Railway Transport department - Platform ticket fine

A platform ticket costs rs10. If somebody unknowingly or by mistake forgets to take one, a fine of rs 50 or rs 100 is okay but rs 300 is unacceptable. The Indian railways need to redefine their rule book for such rules. This dislike daylight robbery.
