I have a complaint against railways such a pathetic service.. lakhs of people travel but if we require proper information we do not get. My sister is travelling in azad hind 1st time & if we esquire in 139 we are not getting proper replies & want to start customer care service for railways so that if we call they can give us some update as Station inquiry is useless phone numbers are available but no one is ready to receive it,, in-front of them only i tried the phone is ringing and they have their own entertainments... So its a request to mamta banerjee to please give time and take care of railways employee as you are railway minister and also request mamta banerjee to start train from tatanagar / ranchi to pune.
