i have booked my bicycle dated on 13/11/2010 from mathura to vadodara by railway parcel . at the booking time booking officer of mathura told me that your bicycle will be reached vadodara after one week . hance i reach vadodara station dated on 21/11/2010 .for withdrawing my bicycle . parcel officer of vadodara station demand me 480 rupees for release bicycle . he is saying that you are late to take your parcel . so you pay 480 rupees .
1-according to rail parcel reciept there is no rule of late payment .
2-i was the right in time according to the mathura booking officers .
so how can pay 408 rupees in favour to release my bicycle
vadodara parcel officer not giving the late payment recieve . hance parcele officer of vadodara is cheating me .
please release my bicycle immidiatly .
