Dear Sir,

First of all I am not your customer and from what has happend till now I don't think I ever will be your customer EVER!!!

I keep getting SMS to my mobile on month ends and month start(usually few couple of them) from your 'Reliance Digital TV' for nearly a year. I have no idea why I get them. The SMS has a header name as 'RM 52241'.
The content of the SMS suggests that "I am your customer and I have to recharge your product to continue your services".
I have called your services atleast two times and have been transferred to many of your people and I have told them I am not your customer and to please STOP send your useless SMS to my phone since its more like SPAM to me. Just because some IDIOT customer of yours happend to give the mobile number wrong, I keep getting those SMS from you people for "his mistake". Please note that the A/c no in the SMS that comes along is "200********6". Please use this and remove my mobile number from this a/c number and ask your customer to give his number "correctly". My mobile number starts with"9846XXXX41. I have masked the in between digits since this is a mail posted on the internet but I am sure you can find the number linked to this a/c number and remove it.

I wont call your stupid customer care again to complain about this issue.

Please consider this as my FINAL warning. I will sue you people if you send me an SMS again. I AM NOT YOUR CUSTOMER AND I WILL NEVER BE.

Complainant's Goal: Stop issuing spam SMS to my mobile number(I am not and never been your customer)
