LIC of India - i am not satisfied with services which has been rendered by LIC OF INDIA

ACTUALLY I HAD GONE FOR A PENSION POLICY OF LIC OF INDIA IN THE YEAR OF 2003.I HAD MADE THE POLICY PAYMENT IN ONE INSTALMENT THAT WAS 215000.THE NAME OF THE POLICY WAS IMMEDIATE ANNUITY.I WAS GETTING THE PENSION CHEQUES ON TIME RIGHT FROM THE PENSION INCEPTION DATE.BUT FROM 2009 ONWARDS I AM NOT GEETING MY PENSION CHEQUES IN ADVANCE.WHEN I WENT TO LIC OFFICE REGARDING RESOLVING THIS MATTER,I AM INTIMATED THAT I HAVE TO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE OF EXISTENCE.THEN I PROVIDED THE SAME, BUT STILL I AM WAITING FOR MY PENSION CHEQUES WHICH I SHOULD RECEIVE THREE MONTHS BEFORE FROM TODAY.ONE OF LIC EMPLOYEE SAID FOR GETTING THINGS DONE I HAVE TO VISIT KANPUR BRANCH.I CANT VISIT KANPUR BRANCH OWING TO MY OLD AGE PROBLEMS.PENSION IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF INCOME FOR ME AND I AM FEELING SO MANY DIFFCULTIES IN RUNNING OUT MY DAY TO DAY EXPENDITURE.
HENCE MOTIVE OF OPTING PENSION PLAN IN THE YEAR OF 2003 IS IN VAIN.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
