I have paid following three premium but my total value is minus asper current NAV. Why ?????????????

1) First premium 10000/– on 10-9-2008 stock market – near to 16000
2) second premium 10000/-on 10-2009 stock market – near to 18000
3) third premium 10000/- on 27/10/2010 stock market – near to 19500


now my total value=28300/-

I have paid following three premium but my total value is minue asper current NAV. Why ?????????????

I HAVE SENT MY DOCUMENTS RELATED TO DUPLICATE BOND PAPER AND FOR SURRENDER OF AMOUNT VALUE OF POLICY. SINCE TWO MONTHS HAVE PAST BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDANCE FROM THE BRANCH OFFICE. IT IS PERTINENT TO MENTION THAT MY POLICY BELONGS TO LIC BRANCH OFFICE GOMIA AND I HAVE DISSCUSSED TIS MATTER WITH MR SINGH ALSO.

Dear sir,
i have surrender my lic policy no. ********5 on dated 27/10/2010 in branch 907, gr flor, national insurance bldg, wallace street mumbai-400001. I received the surrender value chq. on dated 12.11.2010 is Rs. 29313. [ chq. no is [0711031]. my policy start in march 2004 & half yearly primium is 3678. I am paid total 12 primiums.
sir, for my information how to calculate this surrender value amount. send this calculation on my email id.

My self Prem Prakash Prasad ( 311/51Z ). My father Lt. Mr. Kunj Bihari Prasad, who is die on 1/1/2004 in PGI Chandigarh during treatment. His Pol. No. 540346351, I have inform LIC Gomia ( Jharkhand ) branch on 29/1/2004 & claim with full hospital documents on 26/8/2008 ( Delay due to Bring hospital document from Chandigarh one year & rest due to our branch & DO also ). Unfortunately client's agent was myself.
In Local branch Gomia I have make lot of complaints. But no result.

I have also follow in Hazaribag Branch but result is still waiting.
Please help !
