Even after submitting the \"life Certificate\" sent via Courier and acknowledged by the IPP cell, they have not reverted and resumed the monthly payment under the Jeevan Akshay scheme.
I am a senior citizen can not personally run about to persuade the officers to pay me my dues honourably. Request LIC may learn to respect the senior citizens.

Annuity Payment under above Policy is being stopped from July 2016 ( Last payment was made on June 2016) without any notice or intimation.
Request to resume the monthly payment under the Jeevan Dhara scheme.

I have sent my 4 client's NEFT forms and cancelled cheques nearly 40 days back. I have received their courier's acknowledge copy also. But till now LIC has not send their Annuity payments.
Policy Nos. ********8, ********2, ********8, ********1, ********7, ********1.
And in IPP cell nobody picks-up phones, nobody gives answers.
Nobody is there to answer the client or an Agent.
All the way you have to go to Yogekshema (Nariman point ) to get your answer.

I am also a senior citizen and cannot keep making trips to the bank.
The cheques sent by LIC as payment are being returned by the bank.
My policy no. is ********1.
The last three cheques have been returned

I support this complaint. I am in same boat for Policy Number ********0 from dec'09. There is no trace of annuity. It appears LIC knows only to stop the Payment (Since it is automatic through software). Reviving requires manual operation which perhaps they do not know.
