BSNL Limited - Not happy with broadband service

I have telephone connection and no. Is 0141-2335344. My broadband connection is not working for last one month or even more. I registered complaint and received number of calls from serving personnel but problem is still unresolved. If department cannot solve problems or cannot serve its customers it is better to disconnect my broadband connection
