BSNL Limited - I am not satified with IPTV bsnl.

Sir,
I get the bsnl iptv connection on 03/06/09 and my phone No. is 0141-2354121 since installation it is not working properly my complaint No. on 1500 is 6272484 dated 05/06/09 Daily after some time only one massage shows \"\"THE PAGE IS NOT FOUND. PLEASE CHECK THE NETWORK CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN LATER\"\", and eight channels are showing waiting signals since installation Which is mention on CAT-5 installation report No. 2478 dated 03/0609
On 06/06/09 two service engineer comes and do something on modem and say now your iptv will be ok after 2 hours and they get the signature on service report as OK by my 13 year old son. But even after 24 hours service of IPTV is as it is.
I call to 0141-2771177 several times and some mobile No. of there engineers but I think they don\'t care about customer. If the services of bsnl iptv is like this than I am sorry to say that full meaning of
BSNL= Bhai sahib nahi lagega.
AKSH optifibers. AKSH= Ab kaise sahi hoga.

We Subscribe BSNL IP TV service on 02/06/2010 and we paid Rs 2399/- for this.
On 02/06/2010 BSNL Installed IP TV setup at our home now this time we paid Rs 2399/- for cable wire (Rs 20/- per meter for 25 meter cable) After installing this IP TV its works fine only for 4 to 5 hrs that's it. Next day 03/06/2010 when we start our TV this was not working. We wait for 2 hrs but service not works then we complain this on Ph: 2771177 .they said some problem is occurred this service or customer care no busy and will be fixed soon. We do the same thing as instructed. But this was not fixed. We again Phone on same number and say this no is busy.

We wait and we again phone on BSNL Ph 1500 and this time they said that please wait until 24 hrs after you’re complained, but I am not satisfy in your IPTV service.


I am register problem on online, but don’t give any answer.
