I, Mrs. Kajal Yadav was traveling with my two kids named Kumar Aaryan and Aarohi Yadav from supposed to travel from New Delhi to Bengaluru on 28-Dec-2016. I reached New Delhi Airport well in time with two of kids (one of them infant) but they didn’t allowed to board us the flight stating the reason that we are late to do the check-in which was false. We were on time, I requested them that my flight is at 5:20 am and please do my boarding fast but they delayed from their side and then denied us the boarding pass. They were very rude to us and even though we made repeated request they didn’t issued the boarding pass and behaved very rudely. We asked to settle the account and board us in another flight to which they didn’t helped us. They deducted whole amount of from the booking which they didn’t allowed to travel and we were forced to book another ticket in another flight online. Somehow I managed to get a ticket booked from my brother and travel from another flight. We went through so much pain along with my two kids that I can’t explain.
I would like Indigo to refund all the money of the flight which they didn’t allowed us to board. To find out the truth, please find out the CCTV footage and verify that.
