I showed up late for the flight from Pune to Delhi on 22nd Dec. I had done the web-checkin before hand, in spite of that, I wasnt allowed to board the flight. I requested the ground staff to send my check-in baggage in the next flight. Even after making multiple requests, the ground staff supervisor, Miss Nupur, escorted me and my family outside the airport without giving any updates. This was very rude and unethical behaviour. My family and I was literally thrown out of the airport. Luckily, the airport security guard was supportive and allowed my family to stay inside the airport for some time. I was forced to buy the reaccommodation ticket for the next flight which costed me INR 46k. I was in time to board the flight, but the ground staff supervisor was stubborn and did not allow to board the flight. I had to unnecessarily spend excess amount. Please arrange for a refund.
