IRCTC Indian Railways - No refund after filing TDR on irctc e-ticket system

I filed a TDR after booking a ticket on IRCTC since I could not travel due to to some reason. I filed it on 15th APRIL,2014 and till date(17/06/2014) I can see no change in the status and the refund has not been done yet. I even sent an email to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in but to no avail.
I had filed a TDR before and got my refund but this time I don't know why are they taking so much time and not even informing me about the process or the reason behind delay. This has completely eroded my trust in the system. I hope to bring this anomaly to the notice of the authorities and get my refund .
