Airtel Kerala - negligence of airlel employees

My dear inside same like me
Good Evening

I am using two Airtel mobile no. for the last six years. Last month i paid rs. 5500 ( billed , unbilled and first recharge amount ) to convert both the no. from postpaid to prepaid .
Since that day outgoing calls from my no. ********70 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting ********70 is barred . I am keep on requesting to the concerned person available in authorised airtel showroom ( m/s goel gerg telecom ) to solve my problem.
Now the outgoing calls from my second no.********17 is also barred .
I am facing problems in daily life without any fault from my end. Airtel group is known for good service.
it's DIPAWLI season
please help.
