I K.T Mathew aged 53 s/o K.M Thomas residing at Kuruvanthanathu(H) Thodupuzha village,Thodupuzha Taluk,Idukki district,kerala state PIN:685584 holder of Airtel Digital TV connection customer id:3007811076 submits

1) I had been contacting the local Airtel franchisee in Thodupuzha(Kerala)to resolve the complaint with the HD setup box for the last two months (customer id :3007811076).
2) initially i had gone to the franchisee by person and informed about the issue and they sent a technician to resolve ,he informed that there was a complaint with setup box and it needs to taken to service center.
3)Few days later he came and configured the setup box and it failed to work on the same day by night.
4)We also had to pay a service charge rs 350 at first and had to pay 100rs for the second time.
5)I consulted the airtel customer care and discussed the issue,upon checking the databases customer care executive informed me that the "report" from airtel franchisee states that trouble has been resolved,which is a clear case of cheating.
6)I had also received a sms in my registered mob number (no.********80) that the complaint has been resolved.
7)Local airtel franchisee demanded us rs 250 for delivering the setup box
8)there was a very rude behavior from the side of franchisee people because of my complaint to the higher authorities

hence this honorable authority may be pleased to allow the following relief prayed for
a.return the entire paid amount as service charge Rs 450
b.Refund the credit in my account
c.Compensation of rs 10000
