Airtel Kerala - Abnormally delay the disconnection process of my Airtel Broadband Connection

I have repeatedly requested to disconnect my Airtel broadband connection during last 2 weeks, but they didn't take any actions. It's very much urgent for me because I will move to another location.

I support this complaint.

By law they are required to respond to the request within 24 hours and disconnect you within 7 days (or something like that, it might even be less).

You need to ensure that you also send an email to Airtel and inform them of the same - Airtel seems to have become unfortunately a little notorious for this sort of behaviour lately, so if you have written proof of your request then it can't come back and bite you later.

In your first phone call to them, you should have been given a reference number of some kind: if you have, then you can write or call to the Nodal Officer for your region (this can be found on Airtel's website).
