I had ordered for Complete Body Massager .I received the product on 20th October 2016 and found the product to be of very low quality.So I placed complaint on 21st October 2016 # is 19038652.

Today on 23rd Oct 2016 , I received a call from customer care and he told that they do not refund the money back but will send us the voucher.

After being looking at the poor quality of the product, I don't want to buy any more products from naaptol. I have requested for a refund amounting to Rs.1499+Rs.399 courier charges.
I paid cash for the product and need refund for the same.

It sounds like they are cheating on us by giving vouchers.
