my order id 159584
i oredred mobile phone on 29-12-2010 on the prcess of cash on delevary.
i got parcel on 4-02-2010 through first flight courier services( Awo no 0753720).i gave full amount before opening the parcel. when i opend the parcel before courier person there is no mobile in it. i found charger,carcharger and pouch in it.i called custmor care they given me a address to send the parcel back.i sent that parcel through first flight courier services on 8--02-2010(c/no A********) but the people at given address are refused to take that .i gave this informaton a bout this issue to naaptol.com through mail and phone but no one is reponded.the courier person returned me the same parcel back. i called the custmorcare.they are saying that your proudct will reach in 7 to 10 days.tll now 15 days are completed .they did not sent by mobile
