YAMAHA Motor - Manufacturing defect & demanding Charge within Warranty

Dear All



This is to inform you that i have bought FZ bike on 24 july 2014 and since then my experience have been pathethic. I faced SHOCKER PROBLEM within 4 month of purchase for which i complained number of times to M/s JINDER YAMAHA, but the problem has no been addressed and it still persists. Havent got any support from Service partner JINDER YAMAHA & they dint entertain at all & refuse to replace the shocker.

I've been repeated calling the people from M/s JINDER YAMAHA from the past 21 days as my BIKE is within warranty & only running 9000 km till date 31 Dec 14, so why i have to pay the charges if my bike is under warranty ???

what a time waste, the after sales service is just horrible. I am sick and tired of your product now. I bought this BIKE by considering that YAMAHA is a great brand but i am so disapointed by this product.


I am raising this issue to you all to highlight that i am totally fed up of your after sales service.i have decided to approach consumer forum.

I have never seen such unprofessional attitude anywhere and yours being a YAMAHA brand, i wanted to raise this issue with you all first to raise that i have a horrible experience of YAMAHA please take your manufacturing faulty BIKE & REPLACED with new one.
