YAMAHA Motor - Manufacturing defect & demanding Charge within Warranty

Dear All



This is to inform you that i have bought FZ bike on 24 july 2014 and since then my experience have been pathethic. I faced SHOCKER PROBLEM within 4 month of purchase for which i complained number of times to M/s JINDER YAMAHA, but the problem has no been addressed and it still persists. Havent got any support from Service partner JINDER YAMAHA & they dint entertain at all & refuse to replace the shocker.

I've been repeated calling the people from M/s JINDER YAMAHA from the past 21 days as my BIKE is within warranty & only running 9000 km till date 31 Dec 14, so why i have to pay the charges if my bike is under warranty ???

what a time waste, the after sales service is just horrible. I am sick and tired of your product now. I bought this BIKE by considering that YAMAHA is a great brand but i am so disapointed by this product.


I am raising this issue to you all to highlight that i am totally fed up of your after sales service.i have decided to approach consumer forum.

I have never seen such unprofessional attitude anywhere and yours being a YAMAHA brand, i wanted to raise this issue with you all first to raise that i have a horrible experience of YAMAHA please take your manufacturing faulty BIKE & REPLACED with new one.

Dear sir,
I bought a new byke in YAMAHA ( Dealer
IA MOTORS SALEM) the byke model is yamaha saluto DISK BS4 in 27.03.2017 .

After driving 1344 kms the byke got to strange to drive because they byke got extreme vibrations i can't drive so i immediately contact in yamaha service center in salem (IA MOTORS) ON 28.04.2017 after two days they called me come to check your byke i go on check there is no changes of my byke still they vibration is high so i m not taking again i tell a service man and also perfect tecnisions also
After i complaibts customer care also
In 8tines i go visit of service center they will not ready of my byke all are told me its manufacturing defects but still my byke in service center


After 40 days on of company service team expert came and eventhough he also can't rectify the problems

Till my byke is service center only

i have purchased yamaha ray on 8.2.2014.after bought this vehicle i have faced many problems like battery problem,self start not working properly, pick up problem , even though not working . i had a regular services through out a year but no body will responding correctly & functioning properly .i really feel bad about yamaha service and i wont advice and tell people to buy yamaha.
