Hi Team,

I had a very very bitter experience with LIC HFL. They took legal verification money from me for giving home loan, it seems that the verification is done sitting in the desk and in association with the builder.

As the building in which I took the apartment do not have corporation clearance I am yet to take physical possession. Its been year I am waiting even after giving the entire money to the builder.

I had complained to LIC HFL about malpractice by its agent resulting in consumers been harassed but they seems to care less. Even I have gave them a notice that I will not pay the EMI if my question is not answered and I demand a audit against the agent and the solicitor involved. Instead of responding to my query, they had treated me as defaulter and sent me threat mails.

I in my life had never done any irregularities and is a law abiding citizen. Seeing that threat mail, I have cleared all my EMI along with interest charged for me failing to pay it regularly.

I have all the relevant documents to prove that my complain is valid. I am looking for help from you as I want justice for me. Thanks.
