My name is Immamuddin Shaikh who has applied Home Loan at your Jogeshwari Branch on 10th may 2010 & your branch is lazy branch who gave me sanction on 4th June 2010 & committed to dibursed amount on 25th June 2010,


But your Br. manager Mr.Vishal Doshi told that he will do the needful on 30th June 2010,

We are really dissatified with your Br Manager & Agent Mr.Tejas Yadav,

today they are not ready to reply on phone & says that whatever you want to do you can do it,

we are really in mess today as it is almost 60 days now,
And no proper response or support from your Jogeshwari Branch,

My really concern is please look into this matter & solve my issues as earlier as possible,

We will really appreciate if action is taken immediately,

Hi,I Have Applied for Housing Loan of Rs.10L from Jogeshwari Branch,from the Agent Named MR. Abhay Hamand,I have been charged the processing Fees of Rs. 1000.After Continious followup, i was informed in the mth of Sept,2011 that my request has been sanctioned of Rs.9.25L,This was the verbal comminication given to me My Mr. Abhay Hamand.Now in the mth. of Oct,2011he is informing that the loan application got rejected and tomd me that my Boss Mr. Vishal Joshi (Area Manager ) has told me not to process further becoz the loan amount is less.I have asked abhay to give me the rejection letter with reason and the processing fees as well. but he told me that is not in our company policy(for which i do not agree upon).After that he started disconnecting the calls.I Would request to please give me the rejection letter withreson adn processing fees and also want to be informed about the false verbal committment given to me By Mr. Abhay Hamand about the Loan Amount.I Also feel unprofessional people like Abhay Hamand and Mr Joshi should me removed from the dept. as to complete their targets they do not process small loan amount files
