Reliance Communications Limited - Loss of balance

My mobile ********43 ( Reliance GSM pre paid ) . Reliance is having a tendency to deduct amounts without the consent of the customer for subscribing any additional services .just as they deducted Rs 30 for VAS Osian SMS pack on 28th Nov& for VAS india times Rs 5 on 30th Nov 2012.
Now I am unable to make any call for the reason for insufficient balance.They have been doing similar kind of things in my other reliance numbers like ********91, ********98, ********31.
I wants complete stoppage in such activities of reliance
