In regards with my new jeevan dhara policy plan 145 and policy no ********4. I want to complain that I have not received my yearly interest of 85774 after my husbands death in aug2013. The policy was in name of my husband with period of maturity of 12years. But to my surprise lic says that they have withheld the yearly interest due to death occuring in between the year and I won't even get atleast 7months interest as yearly plan does not support inbetween deaths. I don't know how can lic of india can come out with such rubbish excuse. My agent as well as the policy never mentioned this clause in all 12years and I am suffering a serious loss of 87thousnd. Inspite of chasing lic officials and agent from sep13 I get no promising help or answer. Kindly help me because I am 68yrs and can't keep chasing officials in my age!! Looking forward for serious help.
