RO CARE INDIA - Kent RO pearl make, bad service.

We have a Kent RO system purchased in the month of OCT 2013. On 27th Sept 2015 system stopped functioning and complaint was logged in Kent RO service online. RO care India # 284/9 Old Railway Road, Shivpuri Gurgaon 122001 had sent a Technician Mr Rohit for attending the fault. After analyzing the RO system he had concluded that the Choke was faulty and replaced it for Rs.2000/- including service charges. After 3 hours the RO system again stopped working. Mr Rohit mob: ********14 was contacted and he said that he will come tomorrow 28th Sept 2015. Another technician visited our house next day, after observing he told that the wiring in the system has developed fault and had cut all the firm wiring and rewired with heavy taping. It is understood later from him that the choke replaced was wrong one (blue colour and the original one was white colour) and due to this wiring has to be altered. Also he was not able to close the lid of the system due to heavy taping and has left the place without even properly closing the lid. We were unable to use the RO as it was not closed. After continuous chasing another technician visited our house on 2nd Oct and he has told that the wiring and choke cannot be replaced as the it was altered beyond repair and has made some arrangement so that the lid was closed. Due to the careless attitude of Mr Rohit, the system wiring is damaged and we were put into trouble of not able to use even after repair for almost a week.

Complainant's Goal: THE ORIGINAL WIRING IS TO BE RESTORED IN THE RO SYSTEM.
