i have bought a new KENT GOLD PLUS 20ltr water purifier, but from the first use its uf membrane is not working, means it does not purify 1lt of water in 12hrs.On making compalin on toll free, theyprovided patna branch mananger ph number on call calling (********80 mr. ashutosh) he does not gave any response and also abuses the company's tollfree person that why they gave his number as he only looks some specific department. again i call to toll free, this thime they provided me the head office number and also told me to to make complain about Ashutosh at his head office. but calling on head office nu(0120-3075000) they provided the regional manager number(********71) which is not reachable all the times. and this way compalins not solved. so after purchase no value but before purchase they are ready to provide FREE DEMO.poor & very bad service.

hi, Your Mumbai servise is no good. maine kent gold ka vijay sales (prabhadevi) se pueifire liya tha use bithane ke liye aaka aadmi 8 din baad aaya... aaj aata hu kal aata hu karke usne 8 din lagaye. aane ke baad company folt bata ke woh kube or bill zerox leke gaya 2 din baad aake main lagata hun aise bolke... aaj 3 din hue nahi wo aaya or nahi kent servise pe phone karke aadmi bhijwate hai... isa se achha main 2 ra koi purifire le leta to achha hoa aise lagne laga hai...

I purchased Kent Gold Water Purifier on 23th April 2011. After about three dayss it stopped giving filtered water. After great effort one engineer visited on 01st May and cleaned the cell and he also taught me clean it. After that I had to clean it on every alternative day. But on 14th June it made no effect and from that date it is useless for me. Despite of several reminders to dealer no one attend the call. Everyday it stops filtering. than cleaning no effect. It is of no use.NOW I THINK ONE SHOULD NOT BUY KENT GOLD INSTEAD U CAN BUY ANYONE OTHER BUT NEVER BUY THIS ONE.
