HTC Mobile - Issue not rectified, rather aggravated even after giving to your service center

My HTC Legend had the problem that it's GPS was not working after screen change done by HTC service center in Pune. The phone was given to the above service center in November 2010. I received the phone back after about a month and a half. But the issue was not resolved. Actually, the issue aggravated. GPS is not working at all, phone does not sync with computer, I am not audible to the receiver of my calls and the phone has become extremely slow in response time.
Complainant's Goal: My phone be rectified or new phone be issued to me as a replacement.
