HTC Mobile - I am not satified with HTC P3400i mobile handset. New handset is not working.

This is Kapil Sharma from Gurgaon, India. I am your customer. I purchased HTC handset (Model: P3400i & ITMI N0-353533012285857 & S/N-HT924FW00175) from spice communication, Sec-14 Gurgaon on May 31, 2009.

Within 15 days of my purchase, handset started giving me problem. I have put two times for servicing in Okhla, Delhi service center.



1st Service Details:

Problem was in MIC. Other person could not hear my voice. Either voice was weak or non audible to other side.
Date of dropping of mobile at service center: July11, 2009
Service no-S2S0********27


But problem could not be resolved. Again above problem was repeating and hand set was showing No SIM Card while SIM card was inside the phone. So I again dropped my phone for servicing.



2nd service detail:



Problem was in MIC. Other person could not hear my voice. Either voice was weak or non audible to other side.
Phone generally showing No SIM card while SIM card is inside the phone. Same SIM card is working in other handset.
Service No- S2S0********48
Now center change the mother board and new ITMI no is 353533017784839.


After two services still I am facing problem with set. Now when I make a call from now it show call can not be connected and when some other person calls it shows unreachable. While other handset is working fine on same location with same SIM.



Now I have suffered a lot from this handset. This has created lot of mental agony to me. I have wasted lot of productive time which is very precious and money in form of transportation to & fro to your service center. This handset has manufacturing defect and I do not want to use it in future. Please refund my money which I have incurred for purchasing this phone and transportation to collect and deposit phone to service center. Several times I have communicated to your customer service through toll free no and over email assistance provided on your website but no action was initiated.



I hope you will take appropriate action and will refund my money as soon as possible in time bound manner.
