Dear Sir/Medan
I had booked a I-ticket through the www.irctc.co.in but by mistake I have typed wrong postal address for ticket hence I had decided to cenacle the ticket. When I went to railway station of Surendranager (In Gujarat – IRCTC code SUNR) and requested the person there who was booking and cancelling tickets, he told me that it can be only canceled by internet. I requested that it is mentioned on internet that in can be cancel by any computerized reservation counter only. But he told me that it will be not canceled from here. And responded with manners less behavior.
When I tried to call on the 24 hour help line number mention on IRCTC site 011 39340000, no one is lifting the phone.
Complainant's Goal: To inform Railway that their employee are how much irresponsible persons
