Filed a TDR return in Nov 2009. As per the guidelines I should receive a refund in 90 days i.e. in Feb 2010.
Today it is 07 April 2010, there is no status update on IRCTC website on the refund and after following up with IRCTC as well I have neither heard from them nor have I recieved my refund.
