I have booked one ticket on 5-Sep-2016 from Bangalore (SBC) to Koppal (KBL) from my HDFC net-banking account with
PNR no:4123546987 and transaction id: 1000005********
of total cost Rs. 811.29 with for net-banking.

But money has been deducted twice(2 transactions with the same amount on same date is also showing on my statement) from my account.

Sent multiple mails to IRCTC with all my bank statements and un-billed transactions screenshots but no reply (ticket id from customer care -4122048).

Please look into the matter and refund the money as soon as possible.
