INOX MOVIES - Inox online booking Issue. Payment debited from the card but no tickets booked!

Dear Sir,

My name is Bharathi Dhasan and I am from Chennai.

I am an INOX lover and very often visiting INOX CHENNAI and watching many movies. I am sure INOX CHENNAI is 100% genuine in their profession. But unfortunately I got some disappointment with INOX online booking.

I have booked 2 tickets for \'The Karate Kid\' movie on 17th June 2010 for the show 1:00 PM on 20th June 2010 through on-line (http://www.inoxmovies.com/) in INOX CHENNAI. I have paid using my credit card, It has asked all my card details but when the payment completes I didn\'t get any confirmation message and its redirected to home page of the site. I have tried one more time and same happened again.

I have booked 2 tickets and tried 2 times, So RS 520.00 has been debited from my card. But the tickets were not booked. I have consulted the INOX CHENNAI directly in person, They checked the bookings for 20th June 2010 and said like, no ticket has been booked in ur name or card.

So please guide and help me like what I have to do now to get the money back. Thanks!
