Electrolux - Improper services from Kelvinator

M/s Bliss Event solution has established the data center at 201 , Siddhi Vinayak complex opp Tata Indicom Limda chowk Rajkot (Gujarat ). They have procured & installed 8 Kevinator make split AC in the data center vide bill no 69 DATED 28/06/2011

As per the terms & condition of the purchase the Kelvinator should provide free service (on demand ) during 5 years warranty period . We faced encountered the following kind of problems , ( AVERAGE BREAKDOWN RATE THREE AC FOR 10 DAYS SIMULTANEOUSLY IN ONE MONTH )

1. One AC is said to have the problem with compressor. Needs to be attended on topmost priority .

2 In two AC , water is continuously leaking , no solution has been provided till date.
