I am Krishna Kumar staying at Panvel, Navi Mumbai, India. I have an Electrolux Spa washing machine. On 10th September 2009, I had called the call centre (022 39404040) to lodge a complaint regarding the issue of excessive noise and low effect of drying. They logged the complaint (THA1009091037) and gave me 2 nos. to contact for rectification of the problem. Subsequent to that, even after making 20 phone calls, nobody turned up to attend to the complaint. On the 7th day, 3 persons came one after another. All of them saw the problem and assured that it can be rectified. All of them promised that they shall be bringing the spare parts to carry out the rectification. However, till 24th nobody turned up inspite of making 50 phone calls to Mr. Padmakar and Mr. Santosh (supposedly the authorised persons for repair). Their phone nos are 0********23 and 0********27 respectively.
On 24th Sep, I once again lodged a comnplaint with the call centre where I was given yet another assurance that the problem will be sorted out on an urgent basis and that I shall receive a phone call within minutes informing me of the date and time of the repair work.
I am yet to hear back on the same even after 24 more hours.
