Hi All,
I had purchased a 23L microwave oven on 2-jan-2012 from Homeshope 18, after few days it has been fauled and not work properly and i also logged the case to electrolux call centre so it hardly croosed one month and it got major fault that is confirmed by service engineer that had visited my house and cheked the oven. So due the this big fault i requested for new microwave for same but customer care executive refused that. In my view microwave should be replaced against the previous one.
Complainant's Goal: I want to replace my microwave from faulty microwave or money back.
